Kimino Drinks are sparkling beverages that are sourced with Japanese fruits from local Japanese farms. This existing brand creates delicious drinks that can be accessed from their website. The name is a play on the Japanese traditional dress named ‘Kimono’ and the logo itself is a mix of Kanji. Japanese Woodcut paintings decorate the revised cans and make a great collection.

Challenge

Keep aspects of the original brand while adding aspects of Japanese culture to represent the closeness of a family-owned Japanese Farm.

Approach

To redesign an existing brand and bring aspects of Japanese culture into the packaging. Japanese Woodcut paintings are a traditional form of art and give consumers an opportunity to collect different varieties of art. Incorporating kanji into the logo also represents Japanese Culture.

These nutritious drinks have minimal ingredients but pack a punch, it is viable for those who want to feel good about what they consume.
